Breaking — the
cycle — of — infection

Developing a proprietary therapeutic platform designed to provide durable protection against persistent and latent viral diseases through a single injection

Treatment suppresses.
The virus persists.

Current therapies can suppress persistent viral infections, but treatment often continues for years or decades. Without a functional cure, many patients face lifelong treatment for a virus that will rebound if treatment stops.

Perpetuu is breaking the cycle.

Solving persistent viral disease requires a different approach. Perpetuu is advancing an AAV-delivered antibody therapy platform designed to provide sustained in vivo expression of neutralizing antibodies following a single administration.

Explore our practical path toward durable functional cures for chronic disease.

Our platform

A flexible antibody platform for persistent viral disease

Perpetuu is advancing a proprietary AAV-delivered antibody platform designed to provide durable expression of therapeutic antibodies following a single administration. By maintaining antibody levels over time, the platform is designed to continuously block viral spread and reservoir replenishment.

Our pipeline

Advancing co-lead programs in CMV and chronic hepatitis B

Perpetuu is applying its proprietary platform to two co-lead programs: CMVZ01, designed to provide durable CMV prophylaxis in high-risk transplant patients, and HBVZ10, designed to support a functional cure strategy for chronic hepatitis B.

Together, the programs provide complementary opportunities to demonstrate the potential of sustained in vivo antibody expression across persistent viral diseases.

HBVZ10, our co-lead chronic hepatitis B candidate, has demonstrated durable antibody expression and potent antiviral activity in humanized-liver mouse models, both as monotherapy and in combination with entecavir.

Our capabilities

Why Perpetuu is different

1 — Single administration

Our AAV-delivered antibody technology is designed to provide sustained therapeutic antibody expression following a single administration, rather than requiring repeated antibody dosing.

2 — Continuous antibodies

A single AAV administration is designed to enable skeletal muscle to produce and secrete therapeutic antibodies over extended periods, maintaining antibody exposure without repeated administration.

3 — Multi-disease platform

Rather than developing a new delivery approach for each disease, Perpetuu is building a flexible in vivo antibody-expression platform that can be paired with disease-specific neutralizing antibodies across multiple persistent viral diseases.
